The minimal skip (+84) of Saddam H crosses the plain text Leviathan, Never More, To Conclude and Becomes the Property of His Executioner. Death is encoded with a skip of +76 and crosses directly through the central ELS Saddam H, Becomes the Property of His Executioner, and To Conclude. Words in plain text at close proximity include April, He Burns, The Smoke, Blood and Oil, Slaughtered, Hunts for His Oil, Still War, Lie About and an additional Leviathan. Crossing through Still War is Scud, encoded at a skip of -164, and intersecting with Never More is Born, encoded at a skip of -163. Arms is found in close proximity to Lie About at a skip of -96.

The ELS of Saddam H used is ideal as an objective choice, being the minimal skip of both Saddam H and Saddam. Hussein (and S Hussein) didn't appear as an ELS, and therefore was not an option. Since the central word has been restricted to the minimal skip, there was only one reasonable choice available.

To demonstrate how Leviathan relates to Saddam, Easton's 1897 Bible Dictionary says the "word is also used figuratively for a cruel enemy," and in the context of Isaiah 27:1 it "probably denote[s] the two empires, the Assyrian and the Babylonian." A "cruel enemy" would be a good description of Saddam, and Assyria and Babylon were located in what is now called Iraq.

Saddam was Born In April of 1937.

The brutal invasion of Kuwait during the Persian Gulf War is suggested by Hunts for His Oil, Blood and Oil, and possibly Slaughtered and Death. He Burns and The Smoke refer to numerous oil fields in Kuwait razed by Iraq.

Still War probably refers to the long term struggle between the civilized world and Iraq. Scud refers to Iraqi scud missiles, such as the ones fired at Israel and Saudi Arabia during the Persian Gulf War.

Lie About and Arms is a reference to the weapons of mass destruction that Saddam is hiding from United Nations inspectors.

The phrases Becomes the Property of His Executioner, Death, Slaughtered, To Conclude, and Never More may refer to a future assassination of Saddam. Alternately it is possible that Never More and To Conclude simply refers to the future event of his power being revoked. As we learn from Michael Drosnin, codes only represent possible outcomes, so an assassination is not guaranteed. However, if Saddam indeed is assassinated, I plan to write a book.

For those individuals who are still unreasonably skeptical, the final proof of this phenomenon is that Saddam's son Oday is encoded right near the Blood and Oil shown on the matrix above. Oday is encoded with a second to minimal skip of +84, which is the same skip as Saddam H. Furthermore, passing through it are the plain text words of Profane and again Leviathan.
